Position Overview:

We are looking for a Knowledge & Skill Management Specialist to support Retail Global Centers in Mumbai Katowice Valencia and Hamburg/Kiev.
The role focuses on skill management training content governance and reporting on a global level. The person will drive updates to training paths and skill profiles ensure data accuracy provide actionable reporting to stakeholders and coordinate the creation and maintenance of training materials for both general tools and internal product knowledge.

This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration structured thinking and the ability to translate business needs into clear training and skill development solutions.

Location: 3 times per week in Katowice office required.



Responsibilities

Skill & Training Management

  • Manage and update employee skill profiles and training paths across Retail Global Centers.
  • Ensure accuracy and regular maintenance of skill data and training records.
  • Propose improvements to existing training paths based on business needs and skill gaps.
  • Provide structured reporting on skill levels training completion and development needs (Power BI is a strong asset).
  • Refresh and optimize regular reports for management and PMO.

Stakeholder Cooperation

  • Partner with People Managers to provide guidance on employee skill levels recommended trainings and development paths.
  • Act as a point of contact for local and global PMO teams in matters related to skill and training data.
  • Support discussions and workshops related to workforce capability development.

Training Content Governance & Development

  • Maintain and update training materials on external learning platforms (e.g. programming languages databases general tools).
  • Search evaluate and recommend relevant learning content.
  • Create and manage feedback surveys; drive continuous improvement using PDCA methodology.
  • Coordinate the development of internal product-related training materials in cooperation with R&D (e.g. demo recordings presentations short learning videos).
  • Track progress of content creation propose formats and ensure timely delivery.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve training governance reporting and knowledge accessibility.
  • Ensure training materials and skill data remain structured accessible and aligned with business priorities.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 24+ years of experience in Knowledge Management Skill Management Learning & Development or a related area.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-location environment is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI nice to have).
  • Experience working with learning platforms (LMS) and training content management.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. PMO People Managers R&D).
  • Structured data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 7600.00 PLN Gross to 10800.00 PLN Gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications skills competencies geographic location and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
