ISS Group Supply Chain and Procurement is now looking for a Digital Procurement Analyst to support our function in contributing to execution of the ISS strategy. This is a full-time and permanent role opportunity.

Main purpose of the position
As a Digital Procurement Analyst you will become part of a truly international team with exposure to people from 30 different countries and many different backgrounds. What youll do:
The Digital Procurement team is fundamental to the success of the wider Supply Chain & Procurement community across the ISS group as the team is managing and maintaining the global backbone infrastructure of Procurement systems tools data and reporting. The objective of these activities is to ensure transparency of ISS global supplier base and third-party expenditures which enables category management colleagues to identify and unlock cost savings opportunities.
- Act as system expert and owner for one of our global procurement tools ensuring stability and improvements
- Overseeing system adoption user experience improvements and digital enablement across markets
- Provide training guidance and troubleshooting on procurement systems
- Manage and coordinate with external IT partners on system development and support
- Identify opportunities to adopt AI functionality in existing tools and processes with the aim of increase efficiency and user experience
- Drive data quality initiatives across countries and categories
- Collaborate with category managers and country procurement teams to deliver insight-driven solutions
- Lead advanced data analysis and Power BI reporting for global decision-making
- Support performance management reporting

Personal and professional qualifications
To succeed in the role you combine strong analytical and technical skills with business understanding stakeholder maturity and the ability to navigate a global organisation. You are a proactive self-driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of data systems and processes.
More specifically the requirements for the position are:
- Min. Bachelors degree within business engineering supply chain IT data science or related fields
- 36 years of overall professional experience in procurement analytics consulting or digital transformation in a multinational environment including at least 1-2 years directly in procurement
- Advanced capabilities in quantitative analysis dashboarding and data visualization (Advanced Excel and Power BI are a must) as well as PowerPoint skills to effectively articulate insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience with procurement systems digital tools or large-scale operational data platforms
- Ability to structure complex problems translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate insights clearly
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work confidently across cultures and seniority levels
- Fluent professional English (verbal and written)
- Experience with system implementations process design data governance and data storytelling would be strong advantages
- Interest in supporting sourcing events for Category Teams including supplier interaction event setup in the tool bid evaluation and insights to support award decisions
- Hands-on experience with e-sourcing and e-auctioning is a plus
