Job Skills / Requirements

Full-Time:

• Wednesday & Thursday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Morning Shift)
• Friday & Saturday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Swing Shift)

Position Overview:

Allstate Security is seeking a polished and professional Security Officer to support operations at Seabird Resort.

This is a high-visibility hospitality assignment. A clean well-maintained uniform and professional appearance are required at all times as first impressions are critical in a luxury hotel environment.

Officers are expected to engage and assist guests visitors and hotel staff in a friendly respectful and professional manner while maintaining a strong security and clean uniform is a must. Appearance and first impression are important. Our officers are expected to engage and assist all guests non guests and staff in a friendly professional manner. Officers are expected to perform perimeter stairwell floor checks and assist with guest services while on patrol. Officers are expected to respond to any and all emergencies such as Fire Alarms Panic Button request and undesirable individuals that have come on to the property. Officers are to communicate via 2 way radio with dispatch and to respond to dispatch requests. Officers should have a basic understanding and experience of incident report writing Officers are to respond to all lock ups and unlocks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the hotel property
• Perform stairwell checks floor checks and perimeter monitoring
• Maintain a visible and professional presence
• Respond to guest concerns and security-related incidents
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
• Work closely with hotel management and team members
• Complete detailed Daily Activity and Incident Reports

Required Qualifications:

• MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMED
• MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
• MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
• MULTILINGUAL A PLUS
• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
