As our Software Integration Manager you are at the forefront of our HCM solutions responsible for evaluating prioritizing and carrying out end-to-end integration projects. Your work directly impacts our customers streamlining their HR processes and helping them achieve their business objectives. You have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our partners vendors engineering teams and support teams to ensure all integrations are successful sustainable and exceed customer expectations. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU

Bachelors degree
Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
Conversant in software development and different integration technologies

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus! You will need to be strategic-minded and detail-oriented with the ability to provide constructive feedback regarding product gaps or development. Superior listening interpersonal and communication skills are essential. With the ability to understand the communication styles of team members from a broad spectrum of disciplines you will forge strong working relationships to deliver exceptional results.
