Responsibilities

• Develop detailed documentation for processes systems and workflows
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Support training and onboarding of users on new systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
• Basic understanding of software development processes
