About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable and executable roadmaps.
- Lead AI squads in delivering and scaling AI models that drive operational and financial impact.
- Collaborate with Business Units Data & Analytics and Technology teams to embed AI solutions into business workflows.
- Conceptualize and design analytical model frameworks to solve business problems.
- Communicate insights effectively align stakeholders with AI strategy and drive execution of the analytics roadmap.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or related).
- Proven expertise in AI productization MLOps and applied machine learning.
- Demonstrated success leading AI teams delivering measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience formulating data science solutions for business problems.
- Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders and understand business needs.
- Experience across multiple domains is a plus (Risk Analytics Marketing Analytics Fraud Analytics etc).
- Experience with Model Context Protocol is a plus.
