The Role
The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3 & KS4 with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. You will deliver creative and engaging lessons that develop technical skill artistic expression and critical thinking.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality Art lessons aligned with an ambitious curriculum
Supporting students in building portfolios and preparing for GCSE examinations
Encouraging experimentation with a range of artistic techniques and media
Contributing to curriculum development within the Art department
Promoting enrichment opportunities such as exhibitions competitions and trips
You will join a collaborative department committed to maintaining strong outcomes and student engagement.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Art & Design
Experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Passion for creative education and student development
