Job Summary
- B.E. / in Electrical Engineering
- 7 - 10 Years of experience.
- 3 years of electrical design experience within the hydrocarbons or industrial sector
- Familiarity with national and international standards such as IS IEC BS OISD
- Working knowledge of ETAP; SPEL knowledge is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with strong coordination and communication skills

Primary Objective
Deliver electrical system design for assigned projects coordinating with other disciplines clients and vendors to ensure safe highquality and timely delivery of engineering outputs.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor own progress and ensure deliverables align with project schedules
- Collect and review project data and inputs
- Prepare load lists and equipment lists
- Perform electrical calculations including voltage drop equipment sizing lighting earthing and cable sizing
- Develop electrical single line diagrams (SLDs) and schematic diagrams
- Prepare cable schedules and interconnection schedules
- Prepare specifications data sheets and material requisitions (RFQs)
- Support preparation of technical bid evaluation reports and review vendor documentation
- Provide inputs to drafting personnel for drawing preparation
- Check drawings for quality accuracy and interdisciplinary interfaces
- Generate material takeoffs (MTOs)
- Maintain design files calculations and engineering records
- Provide engineering support to Lead and Senior Electrical Engineers
- Ensure compliance with committed schedules quality assurance systems design basis applicable standards and procedures
- Follow safe working practices and comply with OH&S requirements
