AsAccount Sourcing Manager youll take the lead in sourcing and procurement for a key client account covering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Workplace Management (WPM) services. Youll work at the heart of JLLs operationsmanaging suppliers delivering savings ensuring compliance and driving ESG excellencewhile building strong relationships with both client stakeholders and suppliers.
Collaborating closely with theGlobal Sourcing LeadAccount Director and operations teams youll align sourcing strategies to our clients needs making a real impact across the EMEA region.
What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver strategic sourcing: Plan run and manage procurement processesfrom RFPs and bid reviews to contract approvalsensuring they match client goals and regional priorities.
- Build strong partnerships: Maintain and improve relationships with preferred suppliers ensuring they meet KPIs and performance standards.
- Lead and inspire: Manage the S&P team set clear targets and ensure accountability in delivering top-quality outcomes.
- Manage risk and compliance: Oversee supplier onboarding and qualification address service issues and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Analyze and improve: Report on savings supplier performance and KPIs and find ways to optimize sourcing across the EMEA region.
- Drive ESG initiatives: Work closely with our ESG lead to integrate environmental and social responsibility into sourcing processes.
About You
Were looking for someone who has:
- Solid international sourcing/procurement experienceideally in IFM and WPM markets (technical services security etc.).
- Proven success delivering savings and improving supplier performance.
- Strong leadership negotiation and analytical skills.
- A degree in business or a related field (MCIPS desirable).
- Knowledge of ESG integration in sourcing processes.
