The role

Junior Account Manager for Sitebee Gentoo Medias compliance and brand protection tool thrives in a partner-facing role has a positive outlook and most importantly enjoys providing an outstanding experience to our operator customers. Junior Account Managers responsibilities include developing long-term trusting relationships with our customers identifying new opportunities. Junior Account Manager will oversee a certain number of customers and will be their main appointed contact for all questions and demands.

What youll be doing

• Manage Sitebee accounts and maintain strong relationships with operator customers acting as a primary point of contact.

• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels ensuring accurate and timely responses.

• Identifying opportunities for product improvement and sharing insights with relevant teams.

• Document and update customer interactions transactions and issues in the internal CRM system ensuring data accuracy at all times.

• Coordinate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues reported by customers.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

• Monitor and follow up on operator accounts to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new operator partners ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our offerings.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

• Handle repetitive daily weekly and monthly tasks including report generation data organisation and cooperation with related teams on similar assignments.

• Support team members with day-to-day tasks project coordination and administration when required.
  

Who were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field is preferred but not required.

• 1 year of experience in a similar role with digital products online advertising or sales

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Computer proficiency with confidence in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
