In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Sales-Kolleg:innen sowie weiteren internen Stakeholdern entwickelst du ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen. Mit Empathie Kreativität und Lösungsorientierung sorgst du dafür dass Kampagnen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden und deine Kund:innen sich jederzeit bestens betreut fühlen. Deine Mission

  • Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für digitale Kampagnenprojekte und stellst sicher dass alle Maßnahmen reibungslos umgesetzt überwacht und ausgewertet werden.
  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kund:innen und hältst alle Fäden rund um ihre Kampagnen zusammen.
  • Du behältst Performance Timings und Zielerreichung im Blick und leitest daraus fundierte Empfehlungen ab.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und Präsentationen die Mehrwert schaffen und deine Kund:innen überzeugen.
  • Du koordinierst single- und cross-channel Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse frühzeitig und entwickelst passgenaue pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du identifizierst Upselling-Potenziale und platzierst diese empathisch zielgerichtet und immer im Sinne des Kundenerfolgs.
  • Du lebst echtes Buddy-Business professionell persönlich und auf Augenhöhe ob im Call am Telefon oder im direkten Austausch.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung & Mindset
    • 12 Jahre Erfahrung im Kampagnen- Projekt- oder Kundenmanagement idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld
    • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
    • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Organisationsstärke und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Gute Kenntnisse
    • Grundkenntnisse in digitalen Marketingkanälen (z. B. Google Ads Social Media Kampagnen) oder Analyse-Tools (z. B. Looker) von Vorteil
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel PowerPoint bzw. Google Suite
    • Erfahrung mit Projekt- und Collaboration-Tools (z. B. ) wünschenswert
  • Kommunikation & Persönlichkeit
    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
    • Freude am Telefonieren Präsentieren und im direkten Kundenkontakt
    • Selbstbewusst empathisch kontaktfreudig und teamorientiert
