Job Summary

Koddi is a global commerce media technology company helping the worlds largest digital marketplaces monetize their audiences through industry-leading advertising platforms. As Partner Success Manager you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Koddis top regional advertisers and agencies driving adoption performance and long-term partner value across the APAC market.

This is a high-ownership role with regional scope. Youll work directly with advertisers to design and manage programs analyze performance data and collaborate across global teams to bring new solutions to market.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key APAC advertiser and agency relationships
  • Meet regularly with clients to review performance share insights and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Design and manage regional partner programs that drive spend growth and platform adoption
  • Coordinate end-to-end program delivery across internal teams planning documentation and stakeholder updates
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends resolve issues and support data-driven decisions
  • Act as the voice of the partner inside Koddi surfacing feedback to shape product and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with global product and delivery teams to resolve partner challenges and launch new solutions

What Youll Bring

  • Fluency in Japanese Korean Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese Chinese (required)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • 2 years in partner success account management client success or digital advertising operations
  • Knowledge of digital advertising paid search display sponsored listings or e-commerce media
  • Proficiency with data and operations tools such as SQL Salesforce (SFDC) or ZenDesk
  • Strong analytical mindset able to interpret data and translate it into clear recommendations
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Bachelors degree in Business Advertising Operations or a related field or equivalent experience
