Tasks

Ensure compliance with financial regulations (corporate governance internal organization rules AML/CFT and conduct rules) in the banking securities trading and collective investment scheme sectors.
Assist and advise financial intermediaries in the authorization process with supervisory authorities or self-regulatory bodies.
Lead special assignments to determine regulatory obligations or address regulatory violations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of a wide range of clients.

Requirements

A Masters degree in business law a diploma in compliance management and/or a bar admission are assets.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking or financial sector is required; experience at a Big Four firm is a plus.
Native French speaker with a good command of English is required.
Demonstrated ability to innovate enjoys teamwork and thrives in client-facing roles. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are essential.
