Job Summary

As part of the Process Technology (PTA) team you will actively participate in technical development projects and provide analytical support for Quality Control (QC). Under the supervision of an experienced laboratory technician or chemist you will perform laboratory tests and analyses essential for optimizing our production processes while ensuring strict compliance with the sites safety and quality standards.

Accountabilities:

  • Join the Process Technology team and collaborate with various functions to drive project development.
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses under the supervision of an experienced senior technician or chemist.
  • Apply specific methods and procedures related to the products handled in the laboratory.
  • Identify potential changes or improvements to the project and propose development programs to line management.
  • Draft technical reports and transcribe results accurately into the appropriate data systems.
  • Ensure the workplace (fume hoods lab benches office) is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Interpret routine results and propose solutions for simple technical problems.
  • Always ensure that the workplace (chapel laboratory tables office) is kept clean and safe.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic laboratory skills and the ability to quickly learn new analytical techniques.
  • Safety: Basic knowledge of HSEQ (Health Safety Environment and Quality) procedures and systems for safe laboratory work.
  • Soft Skills: Learning agility strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Languages: Fluent in French; English is a plus.
  • IT Tools: Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Microsoft Office).
