  • HIV/AIDS領域においてUNAIDS国連エイズ合同計画の目標の日本国内における達成とHIVと共に生きる人々PLHIVのQOL向上に寄与する活動
  • ViiV Portfolio/Pipelineの価値の最大化とヘルスケアエコシステムの構築のためのためのPolicy shapingおよび社外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションマネジメント
  • 会社のMission/Purposeに基づきGAGovernment Affairsおよびステークホルダーエンゲージメントの戦略戦術をExternal Affairs Head上長とともに構築しアクションプランの実践とトラッキングをリードする
  • 社内におけるAmbitious For Patientカルチャーの基盤づくりを推進し他部署の戦略にもPLHIVの声を反映させる

主な役割責任


External AffairsEA部門主導の下記に関するプロジェクト企画運営コンプライアンス遵守のもと円滑な実行達成管理等

  • 政府渉外業務として社外ステークホルダーとの関係性の構築
    • ステークホルダーマッピングとそのマネジメント
    • ポリシーメーカー国会議員厚生労働省自治体等との情報交換及び交渉
  • マーケットアクセス業務薬価戦略に関わるグローバルチームとのやり取り及びGSK薬価戦略部との調整
  • 複数の部門横断チームの一員として各部署と連携しEAの観点からアクションプランの立案実行をする
  • HIV陽性者に対する啓発ツールの企画作成管理および市場調査のリード
  • 社外広報業務疾患啓発プログラムの企画運営サポートHIVコミュニティとの関係構築
  • ヘルスケアシステム改革や業界動向の情報収集社内共有
  • グローバルステークホルダーとの連携
  • EA業務における外部エージェントとの連携マネジメント

必要な条件

スキル

  • 高い誠実性とコンプライアンス意識

  • プロジェクト管理オペレーション業務の理解と実行力
  • 組織横断プロジェクトの管理遂行能力
  • 戦略的論理的思考に基づいた課題特定及び問題解決能力

経験

  • 政府渉外業務の基本知識と実務経験2年以上が望ましい
  • 組織横断プロジェクトの管理業務経験

学位/資格/語学力

  • 学士
  • 英語による業務遂行力ビジネス英語または流暢な会話

望ましい条件

スキル

  • 薬価制度薬価収載過程の知識経験があれば望ましい
