Job Summary
This role is ideal for a strong managerial professional capable of overseeing teams project portfolios and operational performance within a civil engineering division. You will guide engineers streamline processes and uphold technical excellence.
Job Description:
- Manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
- Oversee project pipelines resource planning and strategic delivery
- Implement quality and compliance standards across all projects
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Drive internal process improvement and innovation initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in engineering with at least minimum of 3 years in management
- Strong leadership communication and organisation skills
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Qualification:
- BEng/MEng Civil Engineering
- ECSA Pr Eng required
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
