Job Summary

The Opportunity

The Senior Deal Desk Analyst holds fiduciary responsibility for managing initial approvals in the deal approval workflow. This role focuses on structuring intricate sales agreements and supporting Adobes strive to reduce sales cycle duration and hasten deal closing. The analyst collaborates with Sales teams to pinpoint Customers essential business issues and assists in structuring deals that fulfill both Adobes policies and Customers needs.

What youll Do

Deal Desk Analyst will coordinate the ongoing contract preparation and deal approval steps by being a trusted partner to the sales teams. You will deliver detailed reasons to various partners (Business Unit Legal Credit Revenue Assurance Audit and Compliance Order Management Sales Operations Customer Success Manager) in order to articulate deal value addition you will provide in-quarter deal status updates and communication to sales finance and sales management and meet established performance indicators and service guidelines. You will analyze current workflows propose improvements and handle ad-hoc duties on special projects and analysis when necessary.

What you need to succeed

  • You thrive in a team environment are self-motivated and are very meticulous with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a Deal Desk Pricing Sales Finance Sales Operations or Revenue role in an Enterprise Software/SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with internal business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent social skills: ability to articulate verbally and in writing willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly.
  • Strong analytical commercial savvy project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment; delivering accuracy under tight deadlines independently where adaptability is imperative.
  • Good understanding of revenue recognition rules.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in CPQ/quoting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
