Job Summary
Overview:
Join EMEA C&I team as a summer intern where youll support key engagement initiatives content creation and benchmark analysis. This dynamic role is ideal for someone interested in enterprise communications digital engagement and market intelligence.
Podcast Series Coordinator and Host to develop a new podcast series exploring how inclusive corporate cultures help drive engagement innovation and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research design and develop a compelling podcasted series that explores emerging trends challenges and practices shaping inclusive workplace cultures .
- Interview guests including business leaders culture and inclusion professionals and employees with unique perspectives.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop episode concepts script record and edit engaging podcast episodes that elevate audience engagement and impact.
- Facilitate authentic meaningful and respectful discussions that address both the challenges and successes of inclusive practices.
- Promote episodes through company communication channels and social media.
- Gather feedback and analytics to continuously improve content and ensure relevance for our audience.
General Support:
- Provide administrative and project support to the C&I team as needed participating in meetings and helping coordinate engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest and/or background in workplace culture employee experience communications journalism or related field with practical experience preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and an authentic conversational interviewing style.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage guests and audiences of all levels on sensitive subjects thoughtfully and constructively.
- Curious and creative mindset with strong research and storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage timelines coordinate production activities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding corporate values privacy and compliance standards.

Oracle Paris Office (Remote or hybrid arrangements as per Oracles guidelines)
