Job Summary
Thompsons Solicitors are currently looking for a Paralegal to join our dynamic Sheffield team in the Portal department. If you thrive in a busy and rewarding environment and have a passion for helping people where no previous experience is required this may be the role for you. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who might be looking to transition to the legal sector as well as having a passion for helping people as you will be managing a full case load of clients with relevant supervision training and coaching. We welcome applications from all backgrounds/sectors as we can train you on the role itself once you are onboard.

Join our dynamic Sheffield team as a Paralegal where every day offers the chance to make a real difference in peoples lives. Based in our vibrant office youll benefit from comprehensive training and support with the flexibility to move to a hybrid working arrangement once fully trained.
Youll take ownership of client cases from road traffic accidents to employer and public liability claims. This includes working closely with clients at every stage gathering vital evidence instructing medical experts and managing claims with care and professionalism. Confident communicationwhether by phone email or face-to-faceis key as is taking responsibility for your own caseload while delivering outstanding service.
