Your role
- Procurement & Sourcing:Source and procure materials and services based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and project needs.
- PO & Invoice Management:Create issue and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.
- Delivery Coordination:Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines.
- Inventory Oversight:Manage stock levels and vendor lead times including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Supplier Engagement:Support supplier consolidation and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Change Support:Assist with system/process changes and deliver training in alignment with Train-the-Trainer models.
- Performance Reporting:Monitor KPIs report on procurement activities and track supplier performance.
What youll need
- Education:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field.
- Experience:35 years in procurement or supply chain; data center experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in ERP systems Microsoft Office and contract interpretation.
- Soft Skills:Strong communicator negotiator and problem-solver; organized and adaptable.
- Languages: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
