As the first Head of Talent you will lead global strategy to hire the top 0.1% of AI researchers and engineers. You will own full-cycle recruitment and people operations building an elite team from the ground up for a high-growth startup currently making real-world impact in industrial manufacturing.

Design and manage all people operations including compensation benchmarking performance management frameworks and the global onboarding experience

A relentless hunter mentality with the ability to identify winners from math competitions open-source contributors and unconventional talent pools
