We experiment design and lead a 247 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management trading investment operations and risk management. We deliver secure reliable and integrated solutions and provide insights on new and emerging technologies.

Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new and existing technology to support our strategic and operational business needs across our Public Markets Private Markets Total Portfolio Risk Digital Enterprise Services and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Platform Engineer (Digital Enterprise Solutions)

• Strategic platform ownership
  • Serve as the overall ServiceNow Platform Architect defining and executing a multiyear ServiceNow transformation aligned with enterprise architecture and operations
  • Establish and enforce platform guardrails: architecture principles data model adoption and quality customization standards and integration patterns
  • Translate business strategy into a prioritized platform roadmap and execution plan balancing build-out hardening technical debt and innovation
  • Influence senior technology and business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion modern engineering practices and measurable business value
• Architecture and technical leadership
  • Own end-to-end architecture across multiple products including ITSM HR Service Delivery Workplace Service Delivery ITOM ITAM Security Operations Risk and BCM Strategic Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture
  • Set data and integration strategy; drive performance reliability and scalability; and enforce secure-by-design development and engineering standards
  • Chair platform architecture and governance forums ensuring compliance with controls and standards
• People and stakeholder management
  • Lead and develop a high-performing platform engineering team
  • Serve as key counterpart to partners business analysts delivery teams and vendors building strong relationships and establishing technical partnerships across all stakeholders

What makes you a successful candidate

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep ServiceNow expertise with a track record leading complex multi product implementations at enterprise scale.
• Hands on mastery of core platform constructs: Glide and JavaScript Flow Designer IntegrationHub Scoped Apps ATF ACLs and data security performance tuning and source control with CI/CD.
• Proven leadership of platform engineering teams including hiring mentoring performance management and setting engineering standards.
• Strong grasp of CSDM and CMDB stewardship including Discovery Service Mapping and event correlation.
• Demonstrated success delivering secure and resilient integrations with HRIS IAM SIEM monitoring ERP/Finance and collaboration ecosystems.
• Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: solution and data architecture code and design reviews executive storytelling and vendor negotiation.
• Fluency in Agile and DevOps practices change and release governance and outcome based metrics.
• Familiarity with corporate services domains: HR IT Finance Risk Compliance Legal Audit and Workplace. Experience in financial services or similarly regulated large scale enterprises is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (strongly preferred):
  • Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent demonstrable architecture portfolio).
  • Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer.
  • Two or more Certified Implementation Specialist certifications aligned to your footprint for example ITSM HRSD Discovery Service Mapping Event Management SAM Vulnerability Response or Security Incident Response Risk and BCM SPM.
