JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic results-driven IT Sales Representative with a strong technical background to join our team within an IT services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and solutions to corporate clients while managing after-sales service (SAV) and providing technical follow-up.
This role combines commercial skills (70%) with technical IT knowledge (30%).

NB : This position is required for Sales and marketing profile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Development (70%)

  • Prospect identify and acquire new clients (SMEs large corporations institutions).
  • Promote and sell IT products: hardware (PCs servers peripherals) software licenses accessories and networking equipment.
  • Propose tailored IT solutions aligned with each client's business needs.
  • Prepare commercial offers negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to expand market reach.

2. After-Sales Service (SAV) Management

  • Handle follow up and resolve after-sales service requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software incidents.
  • Manage product returns exchanges and warranty processing with suppliers.
  • Monitor intervention deadlines and ensure post-purchase customer satisfaction.
  • Document all SAV interventions and maintain an up-to-date client history.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' technical and business needs to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor technological developments IT market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates.
  • Keep client records up to date in CRM tools.
  • Provide field insights to management to improve service offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

Education

  • Min HND/BTS in Sales & Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Any additional IT certification (networking hardware maintenance) is an asset.

Experience

  • Min 2 years of professional experience in a similar role preferably in IT product/service sales.
  • Experience in SAV management or technical support is highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the B2B and B2C corporate market is strongly desired.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate and close deals
  • Basic knowledge of IT maintenance and equipment management.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Autonomy rigor organizational skills and initiative.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken).
