Job Summary

JD -
This team member specializes in completing the onboarding of customers during a manual onboarding call journey or processing an outbound referral from a banker or branch AND completing the onboarding and managing of customers
• Customer Onboarding Requests: Managing tracking and completing customer onboarding requests within the online origination space including exceptions and complex files.
• KYC Submissions Right First Time (RFT): Achieving a high percentage of KYC submissions that are correct on the first attempt for both individual and non-individual entities.
• Operational Practices: A focus on speed accuracy respect digital adoption needs-based conversations risk management and quality record keeping to deliver the best outcomes for customers
• 5-6 yrs of Customer Onboarding & KYC exp
• Voice back office experience required
