| Job Description: | Position Specific Responsibilities - Photograph student programs special events activities and scheduled studio shoots highlighting the programs and offerings of student spaces
- Ideate create and pitch unique content ideas for the areas various social platforms
- Maintain the organization of the Divisions photography database
- Maintain care of photography equipment
- Assist in and provide an educated voice in the planning development and execution of marketing plans
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients co-workers and vendors in an agency style work environment with both student and professional staff including graphic designers marketing assistants communication specialists and more
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Information - The departments camera ecosystem consists of Canon Digital SLRs
- Student Life Marketing utilizes Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom and Photoshop) and Photo Mechanic for post-production workflows

| Preferred: | - Possess solid photography and editing skills as well as the ability to craft and maintain a consistent voice and tone with imagery
- Demonstrated previous experience utilizing photography equipment and Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom software
- Ability to learn the departments photo production equipment inside and out as well as industry-standard techniques and safe practices of grip gaff lighting and camera equipment
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and an eye for detail and accuracy
- Have an interest in people and building positive relationships that make our department and the UF community better
- An interest in thinking creatively strategically and collaboratively to aid in educating our community on the experiences and offerings available to enhance the UF experience
