The Workday Analyst Intern will support the HR Technology team inmaintaining configuring and enhancing Workday. This role provides hands-on exposure to system configuration reporting and data analysis within a global HR systems environment.

The intern willassistwith troubleshooting issues supporting testing cycles documenting business requirements and contributing to system improvements across HR Absence Payroll and related functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Assistin supporting Workday HCM configuration (business processes and foundational data).

Help develop andvalidateWorkday reports and dashboards.

Participate in testing activities (unit testing SIT UATsupport).

Document system requirements configuration changes and process workflows.

Support data audits validation efforts and issue resolution.

Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT stakeholders on enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing abachelors degree in Information Systems Business HR Computer Science or a related field (graduation date between fall 2026 spring 2027)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Basic understanding of HR systems or enterprise software (ERP/HCM knowledge is a plus).

Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Exposure to Workday or other HCM platforms.

Basic understanding of HR processes (payroll benefits talent etc.).

Experience with reporting tools or data visualization platforms.
