Seeking an experienced specialist in AI or GenAI research with 7 to 11 years of expertise in AI generative AI ML DL NLP and CV technologies.
Job Description
- Lead and conduct advanced research in AI and generative AI to develop innovative solutions.
- Design and implement machine learning deep learning natural language processing and computer vision models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI research outcomes into practical applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI or GenAI and related fields.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and improve model accuracy.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate AI capabilities.
- Document research findings methodologies and results for internal and external dissemination.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end development of AI or GenAI projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI or GenAI techniques and best practices.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI research objectives and project requirements.
- Participate in technical reviews presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in AI research.
- Support proposal development and contribute to securing research funding or contracts.
