Job Description:

Job Title: EUC Engineer

Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $55-60/hr on W2

Mandatory Requirements (High Priority):

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops MUST HAVE
• Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon) MUST HAVE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to design implement and support enterprise desktop and virtual workspace environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) endpoint management and modern workplace technologies especially:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Omnissa Horizon

Key Responsibilities:

• Design deploy and maintain EUC environments including VDI and physical endpoints
• Administer and optimize virtual desktop platforms (Citrix / Horizon)
• Manage desktop imaging application packaging and software distribution
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot end-user issues proactively
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance
• Support identity and access management (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Collaborate with infrastructure networking and security teams
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex EUC issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3 7 years of experience in End User Computing / VDI / Desktop Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon)

• • Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Endpoint Management Tools (Intune SCCM MECM)
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • VPN
  • Load Balancing
