The Strategic Planning Specialist leads the development and execution of comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive revenue growth brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple digital channels and marketplaces. This role oversees campaign planning content direction and performance optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive results-driven execution. Through data-driven insights and robust reporting the Marketing Manager continuously refines strategies to maximize ROI and capture new market opportunities.
What Youll Do
Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Develop implement and manage comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve business objectives including revenue growth customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth market research competitive analysis and consumer insights studies to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Craft compelling Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products campaigns and market expansions ensuring seamless execution across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead the development of persuasive brand pitches and positioning strategies for various stakeholders (e.g. investors partners internal teams).
E-commerce & Digital Channel Expertise:
- Drive strategies for online marketplaces (e.g. TT Shop Shopify Lazada Shopee) and social commerce platforms (e.g. Instagram Shopping TikTok Shop) optimizing for visibility conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels including paid media (Meta Google Ads TikTok Ads) SEO SEM email marketing and affiliate programs.
- Develop and execute innovative mobile marketing strategies to engage users on mobile devices and drive app/mobile web conversions.
- Explore and leverage the creator economy and influencer marketing to expand brand reach and engagement.
Content & Campaign Management:
- Provide creative direction for marketing assets and campaigns ensuring brand consistency and resonance with target audiences.
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and content calendars across all relevant channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. Product Sales Operations Creative) to ensure integrated campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust reporting frameworks to track marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance data identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management highlighting performance opportunities and strategic recommendations.
