Your tasks

Join us in driving the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. As a trainee you will gain deep insights into various areas of the MAN Truck & Bus company and the TRATON Group in this 15-months program. We are a large group of companies that is active on all continents. That means a lot of interfaces youll be working with. With your ideas you will advance our truck program of the future. Together with your mentor you will design your trainee program individually to fully develop your potential. Demand-oriented training courses and networking events will prepare you for your further success in our company. As a Global Trainee Sales Digitalisation & AI at MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH you will play an active role in shaping the digital transformation of sales processes. Your focus will be on the analysis optimization and automation of sales processes through digitization and the use of artificial intelligence. The aim is to make processes more efficient increase transparency and develop innovative future-proof solutions.

As part of the trainee program you will get to know various sales departments and gain comprehensive insights into central processes in the sales environment within the scope of the possibilities in the Group.
In the future you will develop into an expert in digitization and AI within the German organization and play a key role in driving innovative solutions in sales.

Your qualifications

• Excellent academic degree (Masters or Diploma) in of Business Informatics Digital Business Management People Analytics or comparable.
• Ideally you have a focus on sales management or AI and data analytics.
• Extensive practical experience gained through industrial internships or working student activities preferably in the areas of sales
• You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad.
• You are characterized by your independent creative and committed way of working.
• As a team player you have a high level of motivation and willingness to learn for personal development in an international working environment.
• You are enthusiastic about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
• Fluent language skills in German and English round off your profile.
