Key Responsibilities:
Develop rule-based parametric design frameworks.
Build configurable battery pack platform models.
Implement automated 3D model generation in CATIA or Siemens NX.
Develop automated 2D drawing and BOM extraction workflows.
Ensure model robustness and regeneration stability.
Develop automation using: CATIA VBA/EKL/CAA.
Build reusable feature templates.
Implement rule-check and geometry validation scripts.
Optimize large assembly performance.
Design AI-assisted engineering workflows.
Build machine-learning-supported design recommendation systems.
Develop automatic solution ranking algorithms.
Build structured engineering knowledge database.
Integrate CAD with Excel/Customer input interface Python-based backend logic.
Develop API-based automation pipelines.
Define digital product configuration architecture.
Develop modular design frameworks.
Enable fast-variant generation.
Establish AI-enhanced engineering standards.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
Experience with CAD API development.
Proficiency in Python (required) and C/VBA.
At least 3 years in CAD automation or secondary development.
Experience in building AI workflow pipelines.
Familiar with Machine leaning basics optimization algorithms Knowledge graph concepts.
Innovation-driven mindset.
Cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Good English and German in spoken and written.
