Job Summary

- Provide case management for families from statutory referrals
Your role:
Provide creative responses aimed at keeping young people from entering out of home care. You will be mediating providing crisis intervention and linking clients to community services. Working towards reunifying and preserving families by resolving behaviours that put relationships at risk of breakdown.

Make it work:
- You get a salary starting at $100776 plus super.
- Salary packaging is available up to $15900 plus an entertainment card.
- SCHCADS Award level 5.
- Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
- Full time fixed term role to June 30th 2027.
