Job Summary

Job Descriptions
- Assist in managing end-to-end documentation of freelance & daily worker agreements including drafting distribution tracking and filing.
- Support administrative processes related to freelance & daily worker matters such as New Hire Extension and Mutation agreements.
- Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system for all Industrial Relations documents.
- Assist in IR-related projects and support data preparation and reporting as required.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Strong interest in Industrial Relations and manpower regulations.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented able to multitask and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced and blue-collar startup environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
