Job Summary
We are seeking for a structured and organized student project coordinator to support the portfolio director of DTU Entrepreneurships executive programs.
Introduction to the Job
Your role as a project coordinator on executive programmes is crucial in providing seamless support for our activities thereby maximizing the learning experience for our participants and guests. You will be part of a team of people collaborating on project service optimizing structure and identifying new efficient ways to carry out daily operations.
Importance of the Position
Your contribution is vital in ensuring that our programs and events run smoothly delivering the highest quality of content and support. You must be prepared to support 60 planned event days per year with extended working return we enjoy flexibility in our work arrangements on other days and we ensure that we support each other as a team.
Your Role
As a project coordinator we expect you to perform the following tasks:
- Planning preparing and supporting seminars and events.
- Sales support and customer service.
- Marketing support.
- Hosting webinars.
- Processing data and updating a CRM system.
- Ensuring ongoing evaluation and reporting of results.
- Supporting IT-systems.
- Graphical Support
Purpose Requirements:
We expect you to meet the following criteria:
- A bachelors degree.
- Project or sales training.
- Minimum 3 years experience in project or sales coordination.
Teamwork
You have a can-do-attitude and a strong personal expect you to thrive in a dynamic environment where you solve your tasks as part of a team with freedom to self-organize. By nature you are keen to learn. We expect you to grow your skill set as part of your job here.
Language Proficiency
We are looking for candidates fluent in both Danish and English as the role involves interaction with participants and guests from various backgrounds.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC).
The position is to be filled as soon as possible and preferable by 1 May 2026. Working hours are on average 20 hours per week.
The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus at DTU Entrepreneurship.
