Title: iTrain Trainer
Location: Thrissur Kochi Kannur and Kottayam
Job Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Training Head
Summary:
We are hiring an iTrain Trainer responsible for conducting training sessions for various business stakeholders including painters contractors architects shop boys dealers and employees. The role involves educating participants about paint products application processes mechanized tools and waterproofing solutions. The candidate will also support business development initiatives and will be required to travel frequently to conduct training sessions across different locations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills training experience and knowledge of the paints or building materials industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct training programs as per the monthly training schedule.
- Travel to different locations to train painters contractors dealers and other stakeholders.
- Provide training on paint products application techniques mechanized tools and waterproofing solutions.
- Attend and address customer complaints at site locations when required.
- Prepare product panels and training materials.
- Mobilize trainees and ensure proper participation in training sessions.
- Handle additional assignments related to training and business development when required.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to conduct training sessions and meetings.
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders such as painters contractors architects and dealers.
- Knowledge or experience in paints building materials or related industries is an added advantage.
- Candidates from companies such as Asian Paints Kansai Nerolac Indigo Akzo AapkaPainter Cement Electrical Pipes or Hardware industries preferred.
- Must be willing to travel frequently (up to 15 days per month).
