Job Summary

Reports To: VP Fund Service Transfer Agency
Ensure effective and correct operation of TA activities.
Foster positive client relationships.
Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
Safeguards the Bank from potential loss.
Ensure staff to receive adequate and sufficient training and development opportunity.
- Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
- Good communication and management skills.
- GPAD covered.
