岗位职责 Job Duties
1根据集团战略对财务部门按照集团总部相应政策进行有效的管理
2准备财务报告财务报表必备数据负责维护财务系统并有效管理中心资产
3按照集团总部的要求即时完成公司财务分析财务部总监报告及每月的财务报表
4遵守中心所在地的法律以及财务规定健全内部控制制度防范财务风险确保公司财务合规
5保证财务文件及其它重要文件的安全维护相关政府部及相关专业机构的关系保障公司利益

1. Manage the Finance Department in alignment with Group strategy and headquarters financial policies.

2. Prepare key data for financial reports and statements; maintain financial systems and ensure proper asset management.

3. Deliver timely financial analyses monthly statements and required reports for the Finance Director and headquarters.

4. Ensure compliance with local laws and financial regulations; strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risk.

5. Protect financial documents and other critical records; maintain effective relationships with government and professional bodies to safeguard company interests.

任职要求 Requirements
1本科及以上学历
2八年及以上财务工作经验三年及以上财务部门管理工作经验商场办公楼与国际级酒店相关行业经验优先
3具备中高级会计师熟悉国家会计准则及税务相关法律法规具有全面的财务专业知识账务处理及财务管理经验
4仪表整洁为人责任心强工作细致严谨有良好的职业道德
5具有较强的沟通协调能力良好的表达能力及团队协作精神

least eight years of financial experience including a minimum of three years in finance management; experience in shopping malls office buildings or internationalstandard hotels is preferred.

or senior accountant qualification; solid knowledge of PRC accounting standards and tax regulations with comprehensive expertise in financial management and accounting operations.

appearance strong sense of responsibility and meticulous disciplined working style with high professional ethics.

communication and coordination skills good presentation abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
