Cost controller
Job Summary
The Cost Controller manages and monitors project finances ensuring projects stay within budget while providing accurate financial reporting and analysis. This role supports project decision-making through effective cost control risk assessment and financial forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the cost control processes of projects.
- Monitor project budgets forecast future financial performance analyze variances and ensure that projects remain financially viable.
- Support project manager finance team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business Administration or a related field. A professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is a plus.
- 5 - 10 years experience in project cost control financial analysis or a similar role within the oil and gas sector energy sector and infrastructure sector.
