As Head of Design you will own the end-to-end design vision lead the rollout of a world-class design system and integrate AI into the product experience to redefine how creators engage with global audiences at scale.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the end-to-end design strategy across all products elevating the UI to a sophisticated mature aesthetic

• Partner with Engineering to roll out a scalable world-class design system that improves consistency and shipping velocity

• Lead by example as a player-coach mentoring a high-performing team while remaining hands-on with high-impact UX flows and AI features

The ideal candidate:

• An exceptional designer with deep mastery of visual interaction and UX design who can simplify complex AI-powered workflows

• Proven leadership experience building and mentoring design teams within fast-moving high-growth startup environments

• Outcome-driven professional with a track record of connecting design decisions to measurable business KPIs like conversion and activation
