Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for our software consulting business. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring seamless HR operations employee engagement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR operations onboarding confirmations transfers separations and final settlements.
- Oversee the Performance Management process including goal setting performance appraisals and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) cases.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs workforce planning and internal mobility.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies procedures and employee relations matters.
- Handle grievance redressal disciplinary actions and ensure fair and compliant resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliance requirements.
3. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Manage payroll coordination salary revisions and benefits programs.
- Oversee medical insurance administration and ensure timely renewals and employee communication.
- Support annual compensation reviews and benchmarking initiatives.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities celebrations and recognition programs.
- Drive culture-building initiatives to enhance collaboration and retention.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys and implement actionable feedback mechanisms.
5. HR Policies Systems & Analytics
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with business and statutory needs.
- Ensure HR systems and employee data are accurate and up to date.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support leadership decisions.
Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 812 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a software or IT consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations employee relations PIP handling and compliance.
- Hands-on experience managing medical insurance engagement programs and HR systems.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence.
