- Ensure 100% chain-of-custody for accountable mail PII and sensitive financial instruments.
- Monitor outgoing mail cutoff (3:00 PM) and postage meter balance control.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports (volumes meter logs discrepancies).
- Maintain compliance with PBGC Directive FM 05-04 and federal mail regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of mailroom or logistics experience including supervisory roles.
- OSHA Safety Training (required).
- Mail Management Certification (preferred).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with USPS FedEx UPS systems and chain-of-custody protocols.
