Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory focusing on Central and Southern Italy.
- Develop and execute a strategic
- Identify qualify and close new business opportunities across the region.
- Maintain strong longterm relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular customer partner visits product presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts reports and territory analyses.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager
- Strong knowledge of the Central and Southern Italian market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Hunting mentality
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Valid drivers license.
