AND staff in maintaining student attendance records and other data as by program hours and other policies as outlined in the North River Collaborative Personnel Policies and Procedures Handbook.D. HEALTH AND SAFETY physically lift up to 50 pounds and assist in lifting over 100 pounds and assist students in all daily activities. This will require the ability to physically lift a student or assist in lifting and physically accompany a student during activities such as toileting personal hygiene and self-care tasks. physically lift or assist in lifting students into adaptive/therapy equipment when appropriate. able to physically assist students during fire drills or actual emergency to the needs of individual students so as to enhance their self- esteem and personal training is able to apply de-escalation strategies if necessary to prevent a student from harming him/herself or high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about students. professional attitudes and productive relationships with other staff and parents and other professionals with DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR
