Position Summary
The Service Sales Manageris responsible forincreasing Parts Sales with existing accounts andprospecting fornew accounts in their assigned territory. They willsolicitnew business andmaintainaccounts through face-to-face and phone contactsdevelopingnetworks and industry contactspromotingour value-added products and services andkeepingcustomer satisfaction a priority. The ideal candidate will achieve these goals with exceptional customer service skills and a results-driven attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
TheServiceSales Managerwillbe responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
Communicate parts orders and delivery instructions to counter people while coordinating with the service department on service work.
Activelyidentifyand develop new customer contacts to expand market share.
Assistcustomers in solving problems and providing technical support.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure that the customers needs are adequately met.
Keep abreast of new products competition and pricing trends.
Coordinate relationships with New and Used Equipment prospects.
Promote the sale of parts and accessories and act as an advisor to wholesale or retail customers.
In conjunction with Credit managementestablishespayment methods for service and wholesale parts.
Facilitate the set-up of a DEUTZ account with new customers to simplify doing business together.
Follow up on and confirm customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction.
Review special orders and pricing with the manager forapprovals.
Deliver orders and pick up returns from customers as needed.
Effectively and efficiently manage required reports and paperwork (budgets travel CRM call reports expense reports timesheets etc.).
Focus on promoting DEUTZ service including Xchange engine and parts sales.
Perform other duties to meet business needs.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to work with multiple departments and personalities.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through under tight timelines and pressured situations
Outstanding priority management time management and organizational skills
Ability to self-start and work without close supervision understand what needs to be done and take the required actions.
Capable of analyzing data and interpreting the results to drive solutions.
A high-energy results-driven individual that is process oriented with the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Travel Requirements
Frequent weekly travel within the territory and quarterly travel to other local and outside assigned territory locations may berequiredwith overnight stays.
MinimumRequirements
Mustpossessa valid drivers license be insurable by the company and canoperatea company vehiclein accordance withall state and federal laws company policies and guidelines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work and Excel).
RequiredRequirements
High SchoolGraduate orG.E.D
3 years of recent/relevant experience with outside sales.
3 years experience in sales of parts and services in the engine industry.
Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing assembly and warehouseenvironment.Subject to noise dust diesel fuel oil and extreme hot/cold temperatures.No A/C.
Ifemployeeis in the office area the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
