Some of the things youll work on:
- Lead coach and develop a team of Account Managers driving a shift toward proactive strategic account management.
- Own retention renewals forecasting and expansion across a complex holdco portfolio.
- Drive structured account planning and value realization frameworks tailored to global agency networks.
- Identify growth opportunities across operating companies and support your team in exceeding upsell targets.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within major agency groups acting as a senior sponsor for key accounts.
- Proactively monitor account health identify risks and provide clear mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Sales and Services to deliver long-term customer value.

- Deep experience within major agency holding companies (required) plus a strong industry network.
- Extensive experience leading customer-facing teams ideally in SaaS MarTech AdTech or agency environments.
- A proven track record of transforming teams toward proactive value-led account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with consistent success in retention and growth.
- Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for developing high-performing teams.
