How Youll Make an Impact
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Develop new customers and market segments
Drive commercial activities that support sales growth and increased market share
Implement territory- and account-level sales plans aligned with business strategy
Identify high-potential opportunities together with Marketing
Negotiate and close contracts and agreements
Represent Lubrizol at trade shows conferences and industry events
Deliver accurate reporting forecasting and market insights
Manage your annual territory budget effectively
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
A Bachelors degree in chemical polymer or mechanical engineering chemistry or equivalent
5 years of experience in the performance plastics industry (TPE/TPU is a strong plus)
Proven success in sales growth and account development
Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
A self-starter mindset with the drive to develop markets
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
Fluency in English; proficiency in a Slavic language is a strong advantage
