We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Teams! We have a variety of internship opportunities across different functions and from day 1 you will be involved in all main projects and contribute for brands and business growth.

You might be the one we are looking for if

• You recently finished aUniversity Degree (last year or recent completion)

• You havestrong communicationandanalytical skills

• You areproactiveandautonomous willing tolearnandpassionate about marketing and sales

• You are fluent inboth English and Spanish

• You have European Work Permit

• Place of work:Madrid

• Beginning: June September 2026 (depending on the position)

• Duration: 12 months(6 months 6 months agreement)

• Training: You will enroll in 2 training courses from a Business School.

• Buddy: You will have a buddy that will support your manager to ensure your get the most of your experience with us.

• Scholarship help: 1000

Our application process:

• Its a generic recruitment process you will apply to join Mondelēz and you will be guided to the most suitable position based on your skills.

• Screening - if you meet the basic requirements well invite you to complete an online assessment in one week from your application date (you have 5 days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders.

• Assessment Center - well invite you to Madrid offices to solve a business case and role play. You will meet our colleagues who will give you a picture of what a #sweetcareer at Mondelēz looks like.

• Final interview well invite you for an interview with the hiring manager.
