APAC Graduate Program Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development (LEAD) Finance

ABOUT LEAD:

The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. The program has a comprehensive framework depending on your chosen field that covers on-the-job training through sub-functional and cross-functional rotations stretch assignments and learning and training. 

When you embark on your journey with us you will participate in two-week onboarding programs to learn about the company and all important areas of the organization. You will also be guided by various managers at different stages of the program and coached by a mentor who is usually a leader of the organization.

Upon successful completion of the program you will be assessed on your overall performance and if performing well will be offered a job placement. You will also be paired with a program associate who will serve as a buddy to provide mutual support throughout the journey.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As the LEAD finance associate you will:

• Undertake at least 3 rotations of 6-8 months each in various Finance areas including Commercial FP&A Procurement Operations and Controllership.

• Gain comprehensive development allowing both you and the organization to discover your strengths in Business Finance.

• Learn through on-the-job with clear accountability enabling you to learn contribute and achieve results not just observe or support.

• Work on live crucial projects that impact our day to day business.

• Contribute to targeted learning and business results in each rotation.

• Receive guidance from a dedicated manager and mentorship by a member of the Leadership Team

• Opportunity to travel to different locations within the country to understand regional dynamics.

• Actively contribute to business results from day one as a LEAD finance associate.

WHAT WE OFFER AFTER THE PROGRAM:

The LEAD program is designed exclusively to develop future leaders who will drive Avery Dennisons business and market growth at all levels. Exceptional performance during the initial 6-month review period and before program completion could lead to an accelerated permanent position equivalent to 34 years of professional experience.

Essential skills and requirements:

• A bachelors or masters degree in Finance and Accounting

• Fresh graduates and recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience

• First Class or Upper Second Class grades (at least 75%)

• Proficiency in both written and spoken local language and English is required.

• Basic understanding and skills in Big Data Analytics

• Strong communication interpersonal skills and digital fluency

• Thinks independently and analytically demonstrating agility in thought.

• Strong Analytical and Tactical skills
