- Tribe Scrum Master supports the Tribe in increasing efficiency and agile maturity
- Governance Squad lead (Finance including Demand/supply communication & Culture Portfolio Management)
General Description:
- Prepare and facilitate events (e.g. PI planning Inspect and Adapt) Manage dependencies between delivery teams. Lead problem solving
- Act as a Tribe servant leader Driver of continuous improvement at team leadership and organization level
- Responsible for governance and coordination in a complex environment. Responsible for sharing promoting Agile best practices within the organization
- Can assist management to create structural and cultural changes in the organization (typically spanning across multiple organizational units) to become more agile
- Able to coach at leadership level. Work largely autonomously in complex situations for example with multiple cross-domain dependencies or characterized by a high frequency of change or an important level of uncertainty
- Share knowledge and support less experienced (Tribe) Scrum Masters
Role:
- Drive Tribe organization and events. Prepare and facilitate the synchronization events (e.g. PI planning Inspect and Adapt)
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments Ensure coordination within the Tribe
- Coordinate with Tribe PO Tribe Architect Team Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment
- Facilitate communication and dependencies resolution between delivery teams. Prepare and facilitate Tribe coordination events (e.g. Scrum of Scrum)
- Help teams managing risks and dependencies. Escalate impediments and track when required
- Escalate and track key KPIs. Follow-up report and contribute to risks management (e.g. compliance security procurement/finance/licenses)
- Coach leaders teams and Scrum Masters in adopting Agile practices and mindset. Foster Communities of Practice/Guilds and knowledge sharing
- Ensure Financial follow-up for innovation tribe
- Demand aligned in Service Now
- Supply aligned in Apptio
- Forecast preparation
- Communication
- Ensure internal communication in the tribe - via different channels
- Ensure external communication in order to influence
