Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation Lead / SAP Architect (m/f/d) to own the design delivery and operation of the Groups SAP landscape. This role combines SAP architecture S/4HANA transformation and handson system ownership acting as the central SAP authority within Finance/IT.
- Lead consolidation of multiple SAP B1 instances and migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Design and own the target SAP architecture (application infrastructure security integration)
- Act as owner for SAP and associated services at Group level
- Work closely with SAP consulting partners to design and implement the agreed architecture
- Manage and coordinate thirdparty SAP cloud hosting providers and related SLAs
- Provide and coordinate daytoday SAP administration (Basis monitoring patching upgrades)
- Ensure system stability performance availability and compliance
- Maintain SAP architecture documentation standards and operational runbooks
- Proven experience as SAP Architect SAP Transformation Lead or SAP Basis Lead
- Handson experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Strong SAP Basis and platform operations background
- Experience working with SAP hosting providers and external consulting firms
- Ability to combine architecture design delivery oversight and operational support
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Fluent in English (German or Polish is an advantage)
- Ownership of SAP as a core Group Finance/IT platform
- A key role spanning strategy transformation and operations
- High visibility across Finance IT and business teams
- Longterm platform ownership beyond initial migration
